I’m a Canadian writer and photographer interested in the moments we almost miss. My work is shaped by a background in journalism and an MFA in creative nonfiction, and by a life that has moved through loss, motherhood, and a career in mental health. I’m drawn to stories that sit between who we were and who we are, between what we know and what we’re still figuring out.
I also lead brand and narrative work at a large mental health organization and co-host the podcast You Only Know What You Know.
I live in the Chicagoland area with my family.
Whether we’re walking cobblestone streets in Paris or standing barefoot in a lavender field, I approach each session with presence, calm, and intention. I believe in soft direction over stiff posing, organic movement over perfection, and thoughtful edits that preserve the mood of the moment.
Each gallery I deliver is crafted not just for now, but for the years ahead—for the day you forget the way your partner looked at you mid-laugh, or the way your child’s hand fit into yours.

Have a story to tell? I’d love to hear it. Let’s begin with a simple note.
